- Our facility features more than 45 injection molding machines, ranging from 5- to 300-ton capacity, to precisely produce Class I, Class II and Class III components, including those from less than 1 mg to 0.5 kg.
- Our team has deep expertise working with a wide variety of engineered resins, including those used for implantable devices. Plus, we stock many of the most commonly used materials to keep turnaround times as fast as possible.
- From design through delivery, all molding is performed in controlled environments and cleanrooms. Our quality assurance processes utilize ISO-9001 and ISO-13485 certified systems. As an FDA-registered contract manufacturer adhering to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), we also follow the U. S. Food and Drug Administration’s Quality Systems Regulations (QSR).
Plus, all our tools and fixtures are fabricated in-house to provide critical control over the quality of your finished product.
