  • Our facility features more than 45 injection molding machines, ranging from 5- to 300-ton capacity, to precisely produce Class I, Class II and Class III components, including those from less than 1 mg to 0.5 kg.
  • Our team has deep expertise working with a wide variety of engineered resins, including those used for implantable devices. Plus, we stock many of the most commonly used materials to keep turnaround times as fast as possible.
  • From design through delivery, all molding is performed in controlled environments and cleanrooms. Our quality assurance processes utilize ISO-9001 and ISO-13485 certified systems. As an FDA-registered contract manufacturer adhering to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), we also follow the U. S. Food and Drug Administration’s Quality Systems Regulations (QSR).
